Default Duncton Mill?

I'm thinking about getting a quarter rod (£270 for 32 fish per year) next season.
Any members here or anyone go there on a regular basis?
It looks lovely & is only about 30 mins away.
I'd also like to know if it's a clear stillwater as I prefer to see/stalk my trout.
Thanks!

Any advice from anyone who's fished it recently would be greatly appreciated, even though I'll probably go down to have a look myself.

Went to have a look earlier today.
£300 for 32 fish with unlimited visits seems ok when you take into account the surroundings...

PM chub1 he and his club book the venue a couple of times a year, i will be putting in an appearence at sometime in the near future there, it does look nice, but the fishing is the real test, i know by experience that the owners are very nice, polite and accomidating
