Its that time of the year when the fish can sometimes prove a bit difficult to tempt, some anglers have found it hard going and some have just got it right. Regular angler at tweeddale is eddie peeden who managed 18 on catch/release. Eddie was using a black/silver buzzer teamed up with a hopper. In his catch he released a beautiful big big brownie that was around the 16lb mark. Other patterns that have taken fish this week were cormorants, diawl bach, zonkers and various small black dries.
