Had a good day at Ystradfellte today, wasn't as productive as recent visits but still had a good day nonetheless. I managed 6 fish and my Dad landed 4.

All fish returned unharmed.

Nice photo's and the fish look in perfect condition!

Thought I'd drag this back to the top as the reservoir is fishing extremely well at the moment, it was absolutely perfect up there last Saturday evening. I managed to land five fish and my old man had 6. I managed the best fish of the day which was around the 1.5lb mark, which I would probably rank as the most beautiful fish I've ever caught. I couldn't stop smiling for about an hour afterwards:



All of my fish were caught on a size 14 Kate Mclaren, no more than 10ft from the bank.

Well done, great pictures of beautiful fish. I must get back up there sometime.
