Had a walk along the bank at plummers last night to check it out for a bank trip this evening. not much moving. Not many boats around either (there was one in Gaynes when I arrived but it moved on soon after). been trying to get some info myself to be honest.

Going to have a crack at plummers and south dam (braving the weather) tonight anyway because I fancy getting out and thrashing the water for a bit. Not overly optimistic about catching anything though, particularly as I'm still waiting for my waders to arrive, will be wellies only yes I know its really too shallow, but i need the practice anyway and I did see a couple of fish moving within my casting distance last night so worth a go I reckon

Does anyone have a recent update for Grafham? I'm going out on my first boat trip tomorrow Could use a few pointers on where to try first and method info would be much appreciated also.

Cheers

Hi Mot,

I'll be fishing Grafham tomorrow and probably won't be going out on the water until after 10am as I have to wait for my boat partner. So I'll probably be lounging around outside the lodge from about 8.30 onwards smoking cigars and drinking coffee if you want to have a chat and a few pointers.

Cheers!

Graham

Hi Graham,

Thanks for the offer, we've booked an afternoon boat and won't be arriving til about 1pm, so I guess you'll proabably be out on the water by the time we arrive.

I'd love to take you up on that offer of some pointers another time though, and if theres any hints you can give me on here for tomorrow in the mean time it would be much appreciated.

Thanks again
Mot

Graham, I'll give you a bell at the end of the day tomorrow, if that's OK.

Go out and practice your casting then, just in case I get you in the "fly up" and you want the engine
