Default Walthamstow has improved

The recent rain and last week's stocking has improved the fishing at Walthamstow. Walthamstow FFC's last Wednesday Evening match saw fish being caught along the West bank of No.5 on floating line and buzzers, as well as on the washing-line. Top individual weighed in two fish for 5-5-0, returning another 5 rainbows and 2 browns.

The mad chef and I spent a pleasant early evening there sunday just gone ,both had fish ,ok one each ,not particularly east fishing but good to see fish moving, looks like they stock again, not like the bad old days of perfect conditions and no fish moving .
both our fish took in the surface film, mine a just damp olive seal fur spider,Mad Yins on a black para waked slightly.Takes only came when the bright sun was clouded over, this was not often near cloudless sky.

Big question ,cormarant island the over guanoed trees are rotting away where will the black b's move on to ,sont think they like roosting on the ground
