There was a thread on here recently with some info, when I lived up there I did well on small (12-14) goldhead damsels, buzzers were always a safe bet under an indicator or if you like dries a cdc shuttlecock.
There was always plenty of fish rising all round, but I preferred it off the boats towards the bottom end away from the dam. If I fished the bank I usually headed for the first 3 platforms after the spillway.

Hi

Was up last night i got 1 on a copperhead hears ear 3 on a light weight damsel fished just under the surface, lad took 3 on the same hares ear and 1 on the damsel.

Was up a few weeks back i got 1 on my copperhead hares ear and 1 on a orange blob stripped fast on a di3 with 3 mins left on my ticket

Black buzzers always seem to do well but i dont really fish them.

My mate was up last week had a few on damsels. Hope that helps some.

If your lucky you might get the ten pounder that swam past me last night
