Default Sweethope today

What a great days fishing(apart from the wind) my son and myself had on sweethope,Rob was busy putting up the marquee for the comp tomorrow and rather than row against a heavy head wind which changed later on and became worse,we satyed close in .My first fish was a beauty of 8lb 8ozs and leapt 3 times and took off like a train it was a very long time since a fish felt like that, full tailed and prime condition next fish was just as good at 4lbs and you just cant beat the quality of Robs fish they are cracking.Looking forward to fishing it tomorrow again in the charity comp and hope less wind which will make it just perfect for all taking part.
Did see jim3lb going past later on rowing full steam into the wind and hope to see him in the morn if he survives after that row.you hardy man Jim wouldnt have been me.looking forward to seeing them all from here for a good event and prime fishing.
thanks to Rob for a great day appreciated it m8 and highly recommended.

i wont mention the ignorant man who fished from the bank and proceeded to wade out in gale force winds and cast in front of a drifting boat on his arrival after stuffing his ignorant fat mush with a sarnie.hope he got very wet.
