Have 2 boats booked for Blagdon - Saturday 13/06. Just wondering if any of you have fished it lately? Areas, flies etc would be appreciated.

Hi ki. My father and a few mates were out yest all blanked bar 1 who had one on the reel in! By all account not to good at mo, he told me there were some lads from mountain ash out yest they had 2 don't know who they were?

Spoke to my brother who fished it a week ago. Not easy apparently. Epoxy buzzers fished under a bung were the most effective apparently. One of his mates noticed that fish were bumping the bung so he put an orange booby on instead of the bung and he had two fish quickly. Might be worth considering.

Thanks for the info guys, looks like its going to be a hard day! Might consider a day on Llysyfran instead!!
