blue trout is on a distinguished road
Default tweeddale millennium report for week ending 24th may09

Excellent fishing is all you can say, the vale a/c had a great day on saturday 23rd may when 18 of their members had an outing at the millennium. The heavist bag went to F.Donnaly 4 fish for 19lbs 6oz their total weight for the day was well over 250lbs. Successful patterns were apps bloodworm, hothead damsel, black rabbit and yellow dancer. Several blue trout around the 5lbs mark were taken. The PETER TAYLOR MEMMORIAL ANNUAL OPEN SINGLES was held on sunday 24th may 09, and the winner was GORDON (SKUNK) SCOTT from the scottish borders,who had a total bag weight for 33lbs 8oz 2nd place went to CHICK TELFER fron gorebridge midlothian who had a total bag weight for 26lbs 10oz and in 3rd place was DAVY MORRISON from falkirk who had a total weight for 22lbs 8oz.
