Got a club outing there next Sunday, from boats. Anyone fished it recently ?

The pines is holding alot of fish. Very close to the bank and pretty fussy!!! Loads of fish moving on the surface but hard to tempt. Got a few by twitching a single CDC the other eve, they wouldn't look at anything else - not even the blobs!!!

Can you do a report on pitsford when you get back please mate, as i will be fishing there the following wednesday or thursday, really looking forward to it as i'm going to try tubing too

4 of us had 2 boats out last week and really struggled

I had one of 5 pounds and John had a couple but unfortunatly your boat partner could only manage a pike

The info given above is what we were told but it was very windy up at the pines.

2 boats anchored in the small half but other than our fish I didn't see any more caught.

Ha, looking forward to it Rog. I am told that generally it's been fishing well.

My boat partner will be in good shape for it, I am sure.
