Wind for most of the week, made it not very nice weather to fish in ,but those that did and better towards the end of the week,enjoyed fine sport for their efforts.colin Holmes had his best fish ever of 7lbs 11ozs among his 12 fish,with Joe Campbell on 11 fish his best at 7lbs 3ozs,J Munro had 20 fish and his best another fish of 7lbs,Michael Clark on 23 with a 5lb 13ozs fish,S Scott also on 23 with a 4lb 9ozs,A Fraser on 28 and a 5lb 6ozs fish,Top billing went to Graham Hartley with a haul of 52 fish for his session on okey dokeys,other good sessions by anglers were,A Pinkerton 18,W Petrie 20,Phil Bieske 26,Kerry Fyffe Rounsevell 11,Brian Murdoch 15,Tom Anderson 19,mark Morrison(Lossiemouth) 15,Robert Crombie 13,G Grant 25,Rob Garthshore 11,Ronnie Cowie 10 and George Murray 13.Yellow has been the colour with flies being yellow foam daddys,yellow dancers and yellow sallys the best,okey dokeys in lime and white and white tuftys also taking a good number of fish.Floating lines are a good bet as fish are on or just below the surface to entertain anglers.next compy is a coarse one on sunday 17th draw at 8.30am all are welcome and it does NOT effect the fly or bait lochs.June 7th is the help for Heroes competition, a singles and all are welcome to support it with plenty of raffle prizes in aid of injured servicemen and women.Names are being taken for both comps at the fishery.
