I fished it on Saturday, what a great fishery and in stunning surroundings, I'm not affiliated to the place but enjoyed it a lot, 4 acres of spring fed crystal clear water, hard fighting fish, although don't expect to turn up and not have to use your brain, it isn't an over stocked stew pond a huge amount of insect life, it was nice to be greeted by the owner with a free coffee. Lots of advice, overall a little gem tucked away

Can't wait to go back there

I wholeheartedly endorse what Chris says about Hillview. Last month I enjoyed several visits there when staying in the area. Even that early in the year the fish were up on top and willing to take dry flies. I look forward to my next visit.
