was out today on piper,still fishing very well,had plenty fish, C&R, fish are now pretty much all over the loch so nice long drifts producing some great sport.

fish fell to floating line and various diawl bachs and buzzers until the wind got up,intermediate and di3"washing line" with dancer boobies and blobs.

good day,fine sport,well worth the visit.

I have to Agree with viva ecosse on this i was staying up at PiperDam for a few days this week and had a great couple of days fishing from the boat (which was a first for me) i didnt catch a load of fish which is the norm for me but the ones i managed to get where all hard hitting fighting fish of a good quality and size better than a some of the fish i have caught on other waters

There was a loads of fish moving about the surface and i was getting constant hits which was like a smash and grab using Buzzers, Dancers and Diawl bach's

I was expecting a puddle in the middle of a field buts was pleasantly surprised as its a good sized water think it about 40 acres

They have about 20 boats available but you have to bring your own outboard if you dont fancy rowing
