alex cairnie is on a distinguished road
Default Harelaw weekend report.

Saturday was fairly quiet but those who fished all caught . plenty of fish in the polloks shore area and many bag limits taken from the bank.

sunday (today) was superb with anglers catching well on blae n black and hoppers. the bridge of weir boys were up again and all had a limit bag of 4 each with the old boy murray catching a cracking 5Ib brownie and some big bows.

Bobby and Eileen Quinn had over 20 fish on cdc,s diawl bachs and damsels from the polloks shore.

Graham Scott returned 11 and 3 over 4Ibs all on the trusted blae n black.

jim scott had 4 for 14Ibs including a 6Ib bow.
some big fish were hooked and lost in the top tank and ian hughes returned a resident fish around the 8-10pounds mark only just telling me as he was leaving.

there is really no need to use lures as the fish are ready to take most traditional wets.
