Default Farmoor

Fished F1 last Friday for the first time since last October.

Observations: The rangers hut was open! Apparently there are still 2 FT rangers there now. F1 has a brown tinge in it, brown algae is coming up rather than Thames water, I suspect. I caught 6 but only two on the indicator, the rest were surface nymph feeders cast to. The fish ranged btween 4lbs and 6.5 lbs but no eveidence of the silvered rockets that did the 'Bonefish' bit of last season. These fish were in excellent condition with lots of colour, suspect they were stocked at a reasonable weight? F2 had about 20 anglers on it, so still a good number of folk going there.
