me and a mate fished kirkbean today near dumfries one of the best sporting days i have had i finished with 15 on diawl bach.ftn and small damsels the mate ended up with 22 on same flies all fish were taken about 6 inches from top of water

Did you get many rainbows? I only got the one but had quite a few browns.

every fish we had was a bow from 1lb up to 3lb must have lost double what we caught
