Default Witton Castle sat 28th march.

Atrocious weather mainly, rain and high winds, but those who persevered caught fish.
talk about four seasons in one day, there were plenty fish being caught by those of us foolish enough to be weatherproof.
This fin perfect rainbow of 12 lb 4 oz fell to a cat at 0920 during a break in the weather, Its tail, tip to tip was 7". One of two doubles taken during the day.
This, for me is a perfect stillwater trout fishery, superbly managed and looked after, as you can see, and the quality of the fish, is second to none.
12 lbs 14 oz

It was taken from the middle lake Noel, from the deep hole in the corner.
