Thumbs up Burnhouse Today

Hi All,

Spur of the moment thing went to Burnhouse today strong west and North West wind braved it out casting mostly into wind on opposite side to hut and dam corner caught two for just over 6lbs biggest 3 1/2 lbs,4 on c&r , jagged a few more tried two methods small nymphs with goldheads and a sink tip line and couple of dancers on a slow intermediate on my other rod ,had great fun but cold and wet!
They were all mostly green or olive not bad for just 3 hrs, big rainbow about 6 lbs swimming about with a black buzzer in its mooth reminder to check your knots.
Fish were getting caught all over about 12 guys up.
Pete
