i was lucky enough to have a day off wednesday and ventured to Monikie for the day (opening day) and fished the north pond. water clarity is excellent and weed growth already present............we boated 12 rainbow for 23lb 12ozs best at 3lb 4ozs........all in really good condition.............well worth a visit to anyone in the area........
