Default Syndicate fly fishing scotland

I am toying with the idea of starting a syndicate on the basis of a yearly membership. Is there a market out there for this type of fishery . Any members of other waters with any pointers / suggestions please let me know. I am open to any questions and advice.

Hi mate...correct me if iam wrong however iam sure Portmore loch has gone to a syndicate?

We fished it alot in my club but heard its now a private syndicate...Its in the Penicuk area.

It was a great fishery, a sad loss. Maybe ask them more about it.

am not sure what is involved so dont want to say if a would join or not.

Hope that helps, somehow.

Make sure you have all your diffrences sorted before putting pen to paper . If you are serious, make sure you get a decent length of lease i.e 10 years+, that way if you have a good bit of work to do ,your members get the benefit. Most important make sure all your members are singing from the same hyme sheet. It olso helps if all the members are willing to get mucked in and get the work done . Last but not least , just relax and enjoy your surroundings.

Its not that easy to just pick prices out the air , you have to take into account the rent , size of loch , how many anglers you want , stocking , maintenance etc. Tell us more Alex , saves people trying to guess , if you need some pointers on how ours runs, just pm me.

i am merely testing the water for interest stevie, but im thinking we are in the wrong part of the country as anglers dont like to spend in these parts...according to all the tackle shops in glasgow.
