Default Fishery rules

Hi guys i have been told my rules are too strict and will put people off coming to my venues. Im just trying to get the message across that silly stuff will not be tolerated ie, theft, drinking and abusive behaviour. Please view my websites and read the fishery rules pages on both sites.

Id appreciate the feedback and any suggestions.

Cheers
Alex

Hi Mate, could the problem maybe be the red text, it does seem a bit alarming. Maybe tone it down a notch or two. I agree with all your rules but they are maybe a bit in depth on the website, if that makes sence, I understand they need to be explained but perhaps not down to specifics like cigarette ends. Anyways thats the feed back but it wouldnt put me off visiting, i love the snypes and just up the road from me.

Hope this helps
p.s when is the snypes open again?

Hi Alex,

Just checked both websites, I don't forsee any problems with your rules, all pretty much standard. I don't know who is telling you that your rules are too strict but I wouldn't listen to them, your gaffe, your rules! I might be getting myself over there come May, hopefully get some top buzzer action.

cheers

Default Rules,

Alex,

Your rules seem very sensible. They are your boats, engines, safety is paramount, you know the water better than visiting anglers .

Glesc'a is a touch far from here for a casual cast but when visiting daughter and family who live down there will try to have a chuck.

All seems pretty straight forward to me alex, i can`t understand anybody thinking these are strict, most are for your own safety, I think making a drogue compulsory would eliminate or make a few of the rules easier to adhere too, it can get quite windy.

Chris.

All seems pretty standard and straightforward with the safety of the Anglers and equipment in mind.

I went once to moffat Fishery with my partner for a look, as i was going to return to fish it,
There was a group of Anglers drinking Vodka and Cans, shouting and swearing loudly totaly ignored by staff who walked by,
Ive never been back.

I agree , This is what puts anglers off.

Alex rules are fine by me.
