Talking Whinney Loch

First day out for 2009 season, fortionately we pick a preety good day weather wise, and the fish seemed to agree. The party of 5 had 23fish between us, all being rainbow in the 2-4lb class not bad for our first day out with most fish taken black buzzers:

Whinney is not far off the A1 and easy enough to find.On the Berwickshire coast at Coldingham. It`s floating lines only with nymphs, dries and buzzers the owners preferred methods for fishing.Though i think he allows lure on tough days but on a hook no bigger than a size 10.Andy
