Upper Roddlesworth is on my 'To Do" list, FUFB. it's much less exposed than I imagined it, compared to the majority of moorside reservoirs around here. My appetite is whetted! Thanks for posting the pics, when were you up there, looks like during the recent frosts?

Just read it's closed until April. Well, the fish will only get bigger.

Aye up Sharkey,

Don't forget you can park in Abbey Village and walk around the reservoirs if you can't wait until April to see the fishery, but remember it's the top lake and the furthest to walk. My wife's never forgiven me

Nice place, but as it's boat only I haven't fished it, I flet it would be a bit like being in a goldfish bowl with all the walkers.

Hi,

My apologies and thank's for the correction.

I seem to remember sometime last year, I read or was told that it was boat only, but it's always good to know the correct info, so thanks again.

Look's like you also found the access route!

My wife has never forgiven me for making her walk around all 3 reservoirs, then all the way back to Abbey Village.

.
