Default packington estate season ticket

With a new family and tighter finances, I am considering finding a still water season ticket. My current frequency of fishing at £20 a time equates to about £700 a year, which shocked me just a bit. Although, I like the idea of fishing anywhere I like, this is no longer an option. I hear Packington fisheries offer season tickets and also has a river syndicate. Does anyone know the fishery well, what is the quality of the fishing, especially the scenery, can't stand muddy holes. My usual haunt is Lenches lakes, which is a gorgeous place.

I've replied to your identical question where you posted it.

Default Thanks, got a packington season ticket

Thanks for the information. Purchased a 25 fish ticket, great value for money given the current financial climate. Fished my first session this week on meadow pool, managed to spook a stag while I was setting up my rods, I great day from that moment on, the estate is gorgeous, can't wait to try the Blyth in the new season

Packington is very good value for money and as you have found, the setting takes some beating. In the early spring try Hall Pool, it is truly magnificent but does get a bit weedy later in the year. It's clear at the far end tho'.

Thank you for any help.
