Default Salford fishery

Fancied a change from Bushyleaze and as rivers still too high decided to visit Salford fishery nr Chipping Norton. Not the easiest place to find but worth trying-2 small lakes set in lovely Cotswolds. Top lake is only a couple of acres with the lower lake slightly larger. I've fished it a couple of times now but this season there seems to be more fish showing. I managed 4 rainbows-2 on cdc dries and 2 on fry patterns before the weather turned.
It's not cheap-£28 for 4 fish ticket with the average size under 2llb, but a pleasant setting and a nice alternative to Bushy.
There is a website-no idea how to attach links, but the fishery is situated in Salford village off the A44 about 4 miles nw of Chipping Norton, then through the village beyond Rectory Farm. It is not signed well, but if you see strange looking kids playing banjos you're not far away !
