Default Busheyleaze advice

I fished Busheyleaze last Friday, taking six fish while float tubing - doing mini-drifts down onto the fish as they porpoised up the little wind lanes, really absorbing fishing. The place really was fishing its head off.

Question - I took all the fish on a hare's ear tweaked back under the surface, and although it was great sport all the fish were like peas in a pod...admittedly, they were peas of the highest quality, up to just over four pounds. As I intend a return visit this Sunday, does anyone have any advice on how to perhaps single out the larger fish? A probably fruitless quest, I know, and certainly not detracting for a moment from one of the best fisheries I've experienced.

I fished it about a month ago. The bigger fish seemed to hide out in that corner were the boats cant fish. Unless your wading your quite limited around that area. Great stalking, I was spotted there with a long mac and a pair of binoculars.. lol..... from what I have heard the smaller natural "bugs" tend to pull out the bigger fish. (not that 5lb isn't a big fish)... I am up on the 26th 27th, looking forward to it. I might do have a day on Bushy and half on Letchlade..... let us know how you get on...

Hi,
Have you tried a zonker fished steady on an intermediate line, this sometimes can sort out the better fish.
