I live local to Morton and local word is it has gone down hill in the last 2 seasons since Julies man took over from Bill who left to stay with his daughter up north.Fished it a few times last season and was not too impressed so ive gave it a miss this season.

well fished it on Sunday and for the 4 or 5 boats that were in our group only 1 fish was caught.
up until the rain started near lunch time conditions were great but the fish would not play. Very little showing on the surface.
Guy i was in a boat with also reckoned the place has changed for the worse

regards Gary

Posted re Morton a couple of months ago. Fished it is far from ideal conditions but didn't see anything move and my mate and I had the water to ourselves.

Have heard that the fishery is struggling, which is a shame as it is always well maintained and has great potential.

Its a shame as its one of the only float tubing waters in the area and I would be a regular otherwise.
