Default gartmore dam

i am fishing gartmore dam on Saturday. never fished it before are there any tips on what to use and where to go.

Gartmorn is an ultra rich water holding huge grown on broonies as well as stocked bows...try stay away from lures and stockie type "flies" and have a go with small traditionals like the bibio or hoppers. kate mclaren and silver invicta worked well for me last year around this time. I think with it being so rich the fish switch on quickly to more natural stuff so its only my opinion.
