Default Chatton Fishery

Travelled through to Chatton on (320 mile round trip) and had a hard but enjoyable day.Chatton has to be one of the friendliest fisheries i`ve been to. Roger and Alison give a warm welcome and are putting a lot of work into this up and coming fishery. The second pond they have had dug out is now filling up and has about 8ft of water in it.Anyway back to the days fishing,i struggled for the first couple of hours but i think everyone was.Only could see the odd fish being taken.Couple of guys across from me then started to catch fish at a steady rate with the bung.So i soon changed to this method and eventually got my first fish of the day.I fished for 5 hours, catching 8 fish but had a good few missed offers and some dropped fish.Good fighting fish, though i did`nt manage to connect with any of the biggies in there, maybe next time Andy
