so i deceided on a whim to tackle my local {burnhouse lochan} after much deliberation it was well worth the effort with two 2lb + bows taking my green buzzer within a few minutes of tackling up and consecutuive casts lost a few more and landed a fine 1.5lb brownie which i had to return because of my two fish limit all in all rather wet but most enjoyable....

The fish were totally confused - every time one leapt out it landed 6' downwind! Managed a couple and lost a few but I have never fished in gales that bad before.
