OK for beginners or those travel challenged in London but over £35 for a 4 fish ticket and no C&R.

Halliford Mere much better value and not far away.

Hi
Its £38 now for four fish.Must have a four fish ticket to start the day with.If you blank or don't reach your limit, you retain those tickets to use again.IE,lets say you catch two fish, keep your other two tickets and buy a two fish ticket next time-£28,Blank,keep all tickets and pay £10 next time.If its your first ever visit,it will cost you an extra £2 on top,you will then receive a credit card type ticket which will enable you to get the above quoted prices thereafter.
You can also use those tickets at Albury near Guildford.I was fishing the Albury waters quite a lot as they are pleasant fisheries, but with the increase in charges and the dropping of a three fish ticket,it has put me off somewhat.
The lake does hold some decent fish, both browns and rainbows.
As Charlie stated,Halliford is good,at £20 c/r all day-Wednesdays to Sundays. It was fishing very very well, not been for a little while, but buzzers were working very well, along with some fish on damsels. The fish will feed very very close in as well.
