Default Any news from Loch Awe?

Hi all, I`m fishing up there next week and wondered how the Loch is warming up this season? Any areas been particularly good, where would members recommend? I was also thinking of giving Loch Avich another go this year anyone had any luck there at all?

Kind regards,
Jay.

Afraid to be the bearer of bad news but loch awe has went of the boil the season started good plenty of brownies showing in bags . But last 3 or 4 weeks it has went very quiet i was up at the weekend and fished for 10 hours mainly from boat driffting in and out of bays down past portsonachan seen a few browns moving but couldnt connect with any havn,t had any reports for avich . Best advice bring your trolling gear and chase some of the bigger residents .
