Default Bessy Beck

Just an update for anyone interested, had an afternoon ticket here yesterday
very bright sunshine and strong wind but it was fishing well.
I'm not much of a stillwater man these days but Bessy Beck always a nice day out. They have a new cafe now as well.
Largest fish taken on the day 9lb 6oz. A couple well over 5lb my friend caught 5 fish up to 4lb and I just had the one around the 2.5lb mark. same old story. Too much wind for an evening rise which is normally very good there.
If you don't know where it is it's 10 mins from junction 38 on the M6
Go to www.bessybecktrout.co.uk for full info.
Tight lines
