Rib is fishing well right now. I had an evening there in the week and had seven, losing four on damsels and crunchers.

Today was the Brian Austin Memorial match. Vince Howley won it comfortably with fifteen and I managed second with nine and then there were three sevens. Vinces first fish was 4lbs 15ozs and there were a couple of other similar sized fish released. Vince caught on a black and green zonker on an intermediate.

What happened to the fish in the afternoon?

The *******s turned off, which they often do at Rib - I only caught fish on one peg after lunch and it was a pull a chuck for about 10 mins, that was my three fish and one lost for the afternoon !
