Can anyone tell me if these two are open at the moment and through the winter. Haven't had much luck looking at their websites.

Wentwood definately shut mate. Season ended on 31st october. Not sure about Eglwys. Its run by Corus Sports & Social Club. Their tel no is 01639 871111.

Took a drive upto Wentwood yesterday. Beautiful place. Will definitely need to make an effort to fish there when the season opens

Eglwys is now open all year,but was closed for part of the summer due to water quality problems.
Fishing there during the Winter months can be good,and most of the regulars seem to do well.
I fished Wentwood quite a few years ago ,and had a great day,with top of the water sport.
Would be interested in going again or getting up to date info on how it is fishing ,or any easier road to get there!!
