Default Loch Leven

Anybody heard when Wullie Wilson is opening the big loch this season ,i think he waited till end of march last season

went down to the pier yesterday(sunday 9th) loch was very high,6'' of the top of the jetty. there were some wooden pontoons in the harbour.

Nae chance Westie just got back in office are you chucking a line this weekend i am at Butterston on Sat opening day can`t wait hope this weather improves mate

you might get your wish for the weekend weather is to get better as week goes on i,m fishing springwater with big davie and leachie on sunday and going with my son to lithgy or norththird start off week

Hope the water has cleared up at springwater ,it should fish better with clear water mate ,Might just come down for a run to see how its going

I hope it has cleared as well big yin but if no any days fishing is better than a day at work

Loch leven opens 12 April a good report in todays Dundee Courier,Wullie says plenty fish run the burns to spawn which can only be good for the future,One bad thing is that the BLACK DEATH are still about,numbers vary between 100 and 150 still to many for my likeing ""CULL TIME""me thinks,Well all the best to Wullie for a good season
