Default Halliford Mere, Shepperton,middx

I decided to give it ago on wednesday, a cold start turned into a lovely day.I caught 2 fish oppersite the club house in the third swim along, both on black and orange monty about 8ft down i was only giving it fly a few twitches now and again.I moved up to lake 3 and changed to a damsel immo and got a take by the reeds in the right corner, then decided to lose it so i had a few casts here and there and ended up at the point ,and changed back the the monty.I proceeded to get 4 fish out the biggest between 3-4lb and god did they fight hard.So 6 in the bag it was time for liquid refreshment After my few pints i fished the cages and got 4 more fish out between 2-3lb mark and they like there brothers were fighting fit, real arm renching stuff .So 10 in the net 1 lost and a few bumped

A good day and with the wildlife cherping away thinking it was spring already it was really nice to be out there £20 C/R well spent
