SO far this week selmmuir has been fishing its socks off with alot of llimit bags this weekend.Regular john mackay lost a cracking fish on saturday well into double figures but he still managed to get nine fish catch and release.Russel crosbie managed five fish limit also ronnie raylston managed his four fish as well .
the fishery has been quiet lately with the fish not playing ball but this last week the fish have been seen rising everywhere arond the water.there is still a big head of fish in the water still to be caught and a few doublers as well

Best tatics have been lures in the bright lime and white ,the black damsel, blackandred holo buzzer,also the black and gold buzzers.
there is still a chance of catching on the dry fly as well as there has been a few caught on the grey klink.the hot head damsel still has been consistant in catching trout as well.


The first selmmuir club meetin will be held on sunday the 23rd of october up at the fishery from 7 til 9 anyone wanting to join please contact the fishery.


Also we will be holding a singles competition on the 26th of december and this will be down to WEATHER PERMITTING
there will be some good prizes on offer as well.the cost will be £25 per angle,r so if fancy a wee bit of xmas competition please call the fishery
