Jazzman is on a distinguished road
Default waters?

Hi all,

-could anyone reccomend a stillwater near glasgow with a good chance of catching?
-any opinions on Inverawe fishery, is it worth a visit?

Also, I've visited the area of the trossachs for as long as i can remember, and think the scenery is fantastic. I'd love to fish some of the lochs around there(preferably nearer the aberfoyle and calander areas to begin with)as again they are awe-inspiring, any suggestions for a beginner = me

Thanks everybody

jazzman if your criterion is catching, then there is nothing wrong with lochmill.but you might not be there for very long .you could try carbeth,or a wee bit further and a bit less of a puddle ,swanswater or burnhouse.
