Default Now is the time to fish LECHLADE

All I can say is, Now is the time to give Lechlade a go. You will find it at its best this time of year. Last Saturday my friend Alex had four large hard fighting rainbows, plus a 13lb brown which he put back.

He did see fish in the margins, where he caught a 12lb rainbow. It can be worth fishing from the boats as there is a large shoal of fish by the pulley.

Its all very well until you've got your limit after a couple of hours and are then expected to fork out another £50+ for a second ticket! (no C&R). Are the fish looking any better? Last time I went some we caught were big humpy back brutes - I spared them the embarassment of a photo I gave the annual Christmas trip there a miss this year.
