Default A braw day for fishing!..

It's a beautiful day once again here at Allandale Tarn Fisheries!.. Bright with a wee nip in the air this morning which reminded me of the mornings in Spain. But as the air is warming, fish are bubbling pretty much all over, particularly in & around the sub surface islands & lilly pads. As the Tarns water is so clear, if you stand a good distance back, you can clearly see the sub surface island contours & the fish swimming over them! Superb!..
Mostly small dries, Crane Flies & Damsel nymphs this morning, but as the temperatures rise, Buzzers, Hares lug nymphs & then other dries should also fish really well!.. Aye it's a braw day indeed!..
Tight lines to all those who manage to escape to wet a line today, wherever you end up!..
