fished ere today for the first time wae fishyrob from the boat as soon as we got out robbie was into the fish straight away on his hoppers landing them was a different matter we fished dries all day and had constant sport i had a few belters 6lb 4lb and a good few around the 3lb mark.The fish were all fully finned and in great nick these fish fight hard and the backing was in sight a few times robbie i thought you had a bonefish on at one point easily the run of the day.BE BACK SOON

Aye it was a quality day wull,after that rain we went through en route i thought we were daft to be goin out fishing but what a day it turned into.Fishery manager sorted us out with a boat at short notice and filled us in on catches from earlier in week. From the first cast we were in amongst some quality fish, every fish fough like hell and gave a great battle and good to get them coming up for the dries all day,brilliant.Hope were back soon and anyone else thinking of going,get yourselves to morton and and get into these quality fish.

Well,

We went today(yes, I know, we're mad)

Conditions were horrific with gale force winds blowing across the top of the water and heavy rain.
We gave up just after 1 o'clock but we'll be going back

Saw one 4-5lb trout cruising along about 4 feet out picking off sticklebacks
and was then told by John(manager) that was a small one

hit this water on the right weather conditions and you should do well we seen plenty of big fish that day and a few doubles also
