Default burnhouse lochan

I was going to go for the grayling today ,but the rivers were in the parks.
so i went up to burnhouse, for a 2hr session, plenty of fish on the surface, but two locals coming of said 'slow and deep' so i went deep with an indicator and a bloodworm buzzer. 12'. not long till i missed a take then a few casts later i was into a nice rainbow.
killed it then C&R, crimped the barb. missed a few then a couple rapid.missed a few more then my final 2 nothing huge but nice to have some action.

It is the enigma river near bonnybridge in central Scotland. Grayling can sometimes be hard to come by, but there is a great head of natural trout in the water. no one knows where the river starts or where it ends. some dont believe its a river at all.

Och stuff it.......................its a bloody stillwater full of rainbows Cromie

I'm hoping to travel up from Hampshire to fish Burnhouse Lochan in February (a raffle prize from CFF).

Can anyone give me some pointers as to what to bring, a 5wt, 7wt? Floaters, intermediates. It may save me hours of fun packing!

Thanks
Ian
