Bit late this report but.. Fished all the way round with only a few tweaks so ended up on the dam fishing fast sinker and minkie, with bloodworm dropper.A few more 'tap tap' takes then lost a fish. Ended up with one beauty on the minkie, about 3 1/2 lb and an absolute fin perfect bar of silver, the nicest fish I've had there this year. Deeming it fit for my table I knocked it on the head and when I gutted it later it had nearly 200 snails in it! Quite a slow day but I didn't blank and it beats working.
