Haven't fished there in a few months but I would advise natural type flies. It has always fished well with Buzzers,Damsels,PTNs and other nymph variants.
Lures do work for new fish but are nto generally as successful on this water as many others.
I would start with a team of buzzers (possibly a heavy blood worm on the point) on a floater if the wind is not too fierce. otherwise try a damsel on the point and a cruncher or PTN on a dropper on an intermediate. You could also try a washing line method as well.
Good areas are to the left of the lodge looking at the lake, the point on the right of the lodge and the woods area (will need to roll cast here though).
