Sorry for the missing updates, I couldn't get on the system.

Farmoor has continued to fish well since the last updates, as with everyone else we suffered a short period of still waters, bright sun and cloudy waters but that is well behind us now and the fish are back and fighting fit. Last week gave a rod average of just under 3 with some lovely specimens of 4 and 5 pounds. The fish are being taken on the numerous fry patterns available and some anglers catching well on buzzers, which continue to hatch despite the weather change. There are a few changes that need a mention. We are now open all year round and the boats remain available all year round unless it's unsafe. (Above 25mph wind, thick fog/mist or icebergs)
We are hoping to have a couple of Winter Matches the first one is our Christmas Match on Sunday 9th December. 0800 arrival for Breakfast Roll, Tea/Coffee
Bank only fishing from 10.00 until 4.00 then the weigh in. Every competitor wins something, we might even get round with mince pies during the match. The entry is £25.00p per person. If you wish to book a place then phone 01856863033 it will help with the catering. Cash on the day please, no cards or cheques.
