Default Commore Fishery, Neilston.

Heard a rumour last week that the Commore Fishery has reopened under new management.

I know Big John has upped sticks and set up his new fishery in Newton Mearns (Soames Fishery) but wasn't sure if the Commore was going to reopen.

Does anyone have any information? Contact details would be especially welcome. If I find out elsewhere I'll post back here for anyone that's interested.

Regards

Peter

This is not true, apparently there is work to be done on the dam and no work has even started yet.

Thanks fontinalis, I thought this might be a lot of rubbish - guy who told me is renowned for talking mince...

I remember speaking to big John a few months before he sold up and he'd mentioned that the dam wall needed a massive amount of work done. Pity though cos it's pretty handy fishery for me.

Thanks for the information

Peter
