Default Claybridge Fishery

Has anyone fished or have any information about the Claybridge Fishery at Bullington, near Wragby in Lincolnshire?
I'm planning to move to Lincoln sometime this year and this fishery showed up when I did a check of stillwaters in the area. In addition, I'm interested if it's suitable for disabled anglers, but there's virtually no information on Google.
