Buckhaven High School enjoyed a days fishing and Bar B Que at the Goldenloch, this annual outing has been going on for quite a few years and several pupils have reaped the benefit of their teachers patience in teaching them to fish and an excellent day was had by all, other schools in the area have participated in this opportunity to use the facilities that we have, our only charge is that pupils or staff pay for fish killed and taken home, to-day was an exceptionally good day, with quite a few fish caught, this week has seen some really good fishing and everyone has had a full bag, however the weed is being a bit a pest in some areas, but now that the weather is a little bit more settled we will be able to tackle the problem.
