Fished Grafham last Friday. Di 3 Washed out green blob, cruncher, red rib black buzzer and small washed out yellow fritz on the point. Slow pulls and four fish in the first hour near the dam beyond gaines. Boat bagged up in front of the lodge in an hour same style.
I then changed to floater and nymphs and enjoyed myself twiddling.
L buoy to the nature reserve came on at 2pm.

G buoy and the seat were worth a squirt.

Get on the floater for some great sport. Some nice tailed fish to the 4lb mark in the bag.
But all could change!

There was also an AMFC match on Grafham last Saturday so, if you pm someone like Simmo, he would probably be able to tell you where and what worked.

I fished the Rudder match at Grafham on Sunday and we struggled to get 3 fish between us. Downflow from the inlet boils seemed to be the place to be as alot of boats were there. The winners caught at the north tower but it was a best brace match only. Tried allsorts of methods but pulling blobs and boobies got us our 3. A bouy, X bouy and B bouy. Too many boats at G bouy but always worth a try.

If I was going for 3 days I'd have 2 at Rutland in Manton bay on Crunchers and D/B's

Same as what Baz said above who also fished AMFC match on Saturday.

Lots of fish in front of lodge and right onto the nature reserve.
